really good stay in the city center
convenient location nearby shop storage space
the hotel's location near the aksaray tram station was useful. nearby shops and restaurants offered many choices. it was about fifteen minutes by foot to sites such as the suleymaniye mosque (i went there to pray) and the grand bazaar.

kind staff hotel cleanliness rooftop breakfast small room street noise facility maintenance
I found the hotel staff very kind. They helped with all my questions. I really liked the cleanliness. My room was always super clean. The breakfast on the rooftop was great. It had enough options for everyone.
My room was smaller than expected. It was hard to move around with my luggage. The street outside was noisy at night. The noise made it difficult to sleep. I also found that some hotel facilities need maintenance.

cramped bathroom street noise poor air conditioning
The room was smaller than i expected, and the bathroom felt cramped. i also noticed some noise from the street, even with the windows closed. It was disruptive at times. the air conditioning wasn't working very well. I struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day.

cheap quality closed pool
i was a little disappointed. i chose this place mainly for the pool and sauna. however, the pool was closed on sunday since staff was unavailable. then on monday, i was told an electrical fault kept it closed. i felt i paid for something i couldn't use. also, the breakfast offered many choices, but the quality was lacking. everything tasted bland and cheap. the coffee tasted like powder.

The hotel's location near the tram station made getting around simple. Breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable. The staff were helpful with directions. I found the room always clean.

amazing stay
friendly staff helpful assistant excellent customer
staff were so friendly and helpful. abdul assisted with directions and transport cards daily, always with a smile. khusrev, aziz, and abdul showed excellent customer service throughout my visit. i would certainly come back to this hotel it was just very nice!
